Rates

Stock House Plans

- $1.00 per square foot living area & garage

- $500.00 engineering stamp seal, if required

- $150.00 material list

- $75.00 per hour for revisions (engineering  

   costs not included if needed)

- Includes 5 sets of plans

Custom House Plans

- $2.00 per square foot living area

- $1.00 per square foot for sum of decks,

   porches, and garages over 1000 sq. ft.

- Engineering costs not included (if required).

- Includes 5 sets of plans

Stock Garage or Shop Plans

- $0.50 per square foot garage & living area, if any

- $300.00 engineering stamp, if required

- $75.00 material list

- $50.00 per hour for revisions (engineering

   costs not included if needed)

- Includes 4 sets of plans

Custom Garage or Shop Plans

- $1.00 per square foot garage & living area, if any

- Engineering costs not included (if required).

- $150.00 material list

Permit Services

Many of our customers request that we help them

with the permitting stage of their project. We charge

$500.00 for permit processing, plus all fee's

required by the overseeing municipality are the

responsibility of the customer.

Remodels & Additions

Remodels and Additions get quoted on a job by job

basis due to the complex nature of these types of jobs.

Generally we like to come out to the location to view

the existing structure, take measurements, and make

sure we understand exactly what the customer wants.

Our initial visit, consultation, and bid are free.
